Annabel C. Majewski

Ms. Majewski joined the firm in 2004 after working at the Third District Court of Appeal as a law clerk for Judge Juan Ramirez.  She graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1999 in the top 2% of her class, serving as articles editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, where she earned prestigious academic awards and merit scholarships. Ms. Majewski litigates at the appellate level throughout Florida, practicing regularly before all five Florida District Courts of Appeal.  She also appears regularly in Florida’s Southern and Middle Federal District Courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, she is fluent in Spanish and has a working command of French.

For many years Annabel has advocated on behalf of foster children who were injured in the system, successfully bringing suit against Department of Children and Families and foster care providers, both in negligence and Section 1983 civil rights violations.  Annabel has much experience in insurance and personal injury claims, contract disputes and foreclosure actions. She has appeared as counsel of record in more than 100 appeals in state and federal courts during her tenure with Wasson & Associates.

She is a member of the Peter T. Fay and Rosemary Barkett American Inns of Court, The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section, the Third District Court of Appeal Historical Society, and the Miami Catholic Lawyers Guild.
